Do you wish your business could be a little less stressful?  In this workshop Holly will discuss recent research findings on mindfulness in the workplace and learn to improve efficiency, satisfaction, and work-life balance. Holly will guide you thru interactive small group and partner activities to deepen your mindfulness. Holly will share behind the scenes stores of the wishes she had for her business and how she made them a reality with mindful practices. Embrace life and work challenges by your own self-awareness of your beliefs, thoughts and feelings.  Is it time for you to break the stress cycle? 

In this session you will:

  • Participate in mindful practice of business visioning, and intention setting 
  • Learn what research shows about how stress reduction increases your focus and happiness 
  • Choose one applied mindfulness technique you can use to run your speaking business
